EXERCISE #1: The Hundred by Lori Shipp

How to up the challenge, according to @lori.shipp (aka the founder of #wundachairwednesday): “Holding the bar (or bat, in this case) shoulder-width apart with your legs in tabletop, lift your head as you extend your arms and legs. Inhale through your nose as you pump your arms for 5 counts; exhale slowly through your nose for 5 counts, continuing to pump your arms as you deepen your abdominal connection. Hold the bar/bat still as you pull your knees toward your chest and straighten them over the bar/bat. Repeat the breathing and pumping for 9 more sets—until you reach 100 pumps.
