What are the dates of the conferences?
Hollywood, FL - June 22-24, 2007
New York, NY - August 7-9, 2007
Chicago, IL - October 19-21, 2007
How much does it cost to attend?
• The standard conference rate is $595 per person. • The early bird single rate is $495
- Early bird rate for Hollywood, FL expires April 21, 2007
- Early bird rate for New York, NY expires June 6, 2007
- Early bird rate for Chicago, IL expires August 18, 2007
• The group rate is $455 per person. (
To qualify for the group rate, five or more people must sign up at the same time, using the same payment method. This is not an early bird rate and does not expire.) • The preconference sessions are $100 per session. • The Wine and Cheese Reception is included in your conference registration price. Non-registrants can buy tickets for $35 each. • The Exhibit Hall Pass is included in your conference registration price. Non-registrants can attend free by presenting a business card at the registration desk.
Are there special hotel rates for conference attendees?

My company might want to exhibit at a conference, who should I call?

Do I need to bring a mat or other equipment with me?
No, you'll receive a mat and Thera-Band (which are yours to keep) at the registration desk and the presenters will bring equipment with them for you to use during the class.
Should I wait until the classes are announced before I register?
Most people don't wait to register for the conference but if you'd like to see the class choices before you commit, that's okay. Just remember space and hotel rooms fill up fast! We promise, we'll announce the classes before the early bird rates expire.
I received a registration confirmation e-mail even though I didn't submit my payment information.
Due to a minor programming glitch with our registration system, some early registrants got a confusing note thanking them for registering before they had entered their payment details. We've fixed that problem now and apologize for any inconvenience.
Do I have to sign up online?
We've tried to make our online system fast and easy for everybody, but we know some people will prefer to register by fax or mail. We STRONGLY recommend if you do decide not to use the online system, that you call us to choose your classes before the conference starts. Classes fill up quickly and may be closed by the time you arrive.
How long before each conference will the class schedules be announced?
We will post the class schedules as soon as we can to give you time to consider your options. If you would like to receive an e-mail when the schedules are available, please click on the links below:

Am I guaranteed to get into the class(es) I want?
No. We cannot guarantee you'll get to take every class you want. If you sign up for classes early you're likely to get into more of your first choice classes. Keep in mind, we recruit the best teachers in the industry and work very closely with them to ensure that every class at a Pilates Style Conference is a great class. You might find that that a class you considered a second choice is your favorite of the whole Conference!
Can I change my class schedule?
Yes, it's easy to change your schedule. After you've registered for a conference, you'll receive a login name and password. You can access your schedule from the conference page on the website and make changes as often as you like.
Will I get a confirmation letter after I register?
Yes, after you register and pay for a conference, we'll mail you a confirmation letter. If you use our online system you'll get an e-mail confirmation in addition to the letter. If you don't get a confirmation letter, please call Laura at (212) 262- 2247 ex. 307, or Pam at (407) 342-4052 or send an e-mail to Registration@PilatesStyle.com.
Can I get Continuing Education Credits for this conference?
Yes! Specific CEC information will be up on the website as soon as it becomes available.
What is your refund policy?
If you find you cannot make it to our Conference, you can transfer your registration to any other Pilates Style Conference within an 18-month period. Just call Pam at (407) 342-4052 or Laura at (212) 262-2247 ex. 307 to let us know.
- 120 days or more before the conference - 90% refund
- 90-119 days before the conference - 70% refund
- 60-89 days before the conference - 50% refund
- 60 days or fewer before the conference - credit for future show only.
